[Foresight-i18n] translation of Japanese finish

I finish the translation of foresight-user-guide into Japanese,and little bit typo fixes.
Though log comments says "application.po is not yet finish",the fact is finish all.
I add the patch for this.To import this patch,run the following command:

gzip -d foresight-user-guide-localized-export-2.patch.gz
hg import --import-branch foresight-user-guide-localized-export-2.patch
hg update localized

I hope to merge this branch into default branch.
