[Foresight-i18n] OpenOffice.org Languages

We currently have an issue filed
(http://issues.foresightlinux.org/browse/FL-190) against
OpenOffice.org only being available in English.

What is the correct solution to this?  Looking at rBuilder, there
appear to be binary versions, one per language.

Is there a way to ship OO.o with English, and localisation as an
add-on, or would we have to create a package for each language?

What is our goal around localizing Oo.o?

Just looking for a little direction with a very old bug.
