[Foresight-i18n] Languages in Foresight

I would like to set  a goal for Foresight what languages we do want to
support. and when. With this I mean:

* Translated www.foresightlinux.com core pages
* Translated Anaconda texts
* Desktop language available and localisation working (for japanese add
fonts)

So I like to suggest a goal for every release.

2.18.1: (April 11th)
+ German
+ Japanese (if we are good)

2.18.2
+ ??


What I need to know is how we could and or should add such translations.
Working on a .po file should be a problem. If we ARE indeed availabe to have
japanese and german as supported languages this could give us again  a
boost.

What I really would also like to see soon is:
* portuguese, spanish, chinese and french.

These are all huge world languages that should make Foresight a lot more
popular. And it also brings some more developers in.

Right now we are not only missing these languages but the information on how
to do it and where to add things. At least those things should be easy to
clear up to allow people to just start working,
