[Foresight-i18n] German translation of web pages

Szegey and me have continued to work on translating some web pages into
german. I have just added the iso code /de/ to a page name. And I suggest
others do the same for now.

I have also investigated a bit how Django handles i18n and documented what I
have found and what I think should be done at:
http://wiki.foresightlinux.org/confluence/display/marketing/Django

To put the translations online you must add a page by the name

/englishname/ISO_CODE/

as a flat page. These are written in textile standard (
http://www.textism.com/tools/textile/)
