[Foresight-i18n] Newsletter Issue #9

If anyone is interested in translating the December issue of the
newsletter, it is almost complete, just missing the package of the
month (X-Chat) which I hope to have done tomorrow.  The newsletter
planning page on the wiki is at:

I'm hoping to publish next Sunday or Monday.  I know that's not a lot
of time, I'm trying to get better, promise.  I even had help this
month with the newsletter!  A big shout out to Eric Lake for writing
the package of the month section.

If anyone wants to review the year in review section, I'd love to know
what I'm missing.  (Hint, hint Stef:  When was the GDM artwork
updated?)
