I'm not quite sure which bittorrent link was posted, but if it was the 
one from rBuilder Online (as it should have been) then it should be 
seeded by Amazon's S3, making it very strange that you'd see poor 
performance. As you might can imagine, Amazon has financial incentive to 
be a very very robust seeder as they charge per gigabyte transfered.

Nonetheless, if you were seeing poor performance, maybe there's 
something wrong with their services. Any assistance would be greatly 
appreciated :)
