[Foresight-distro] Focus Meeting Minutes

As of January 2008, Foresight has created a high level steering
committee to help manage the direction of Foresight, approving users
and developers (especially those with commit access) and following up
on action items to further Foresight's development.  This Foresight
Council has been nicknamed Focus.  As the Foresight community grows,
it is our goal to formalize some processes and communication to help
with Foresight's future.

I have added a Focus page on the wiki at
https://wiki.foresightlinux.org/display/general/Focus that also
includes a link to the meeting minutes from the first meeting, last
Friday, January 11th.

The Focus team meets bi-weekly.
