I have some comments about this topic and my comments are below inline.

I think it would be a good idea to recap the 1.1 release and the Gnome
Live Media Release.

I think we could also add a topic where we shine a light on a cool app
that is included in Foresight or in our repos.  For instance, we could
do a write up on Banshee, Avahi, Tomboy and Scribes just to name a few.

I think it would be a good idea to use a blog and it looks like
Wordpress-MU would be the best solution.  This way we could not only
host the newsletter blog but also a news blog, developer blogs and any
other blogs we might want to host.

I would say to start out we should do a monthly release and then if we
find ourselves having a lot of content we can increase the frequency.  I
would rather see a newsletter released less frequently but with better
content than a newsletter released more often but with very limited
content.
