I absolutely agree on the core audiences, we're on the same page around
community building.  I don't want to start a huge discussion on core
audiences like what is going on with the gnome-marketing list right now, but
I share the opinion that the newsletter should talk to users and developers
differently.  I like the idea of extra editions, maybe in the middle of the
month we publish user type information, including documentation / wiki
updates with tips and tricks, etc.

I did break out in the structure that you can see on the wiki:

II.  Foresight News (which should be user focused)

and

IV. Development News (which should be developer focused, or encourage folks
to help test new stuff)

I'll do some reading on Confluence tonight, I'm not all that familiar with
outside of editing a few wiki pages so far.  I'd like to understand more
about merging the forums with the wiki - that's probably a conversation by
itself.
