[Foresight-distro] rAA/FSM update problems

If any Foresight users are having problems updating with the Foresight
System Manager, please try this as a work around:

sudo conary update conary
sudo service raa restart

There was a bug in conary that affect the version of rAA/FSM included
in Foresight.  It doesn't affect anyone using rAA outside of
Foresight.
