[Foresight-distro] Screencasting

Based on a conversation in IRC Saturday, I thought I'd give screencasting a
shot to show new users how to use Foresight and some of it's different
applications.

Before I get started, does anyone have a list of screencasts they've watched
that they really liked?  I'm looking to gain some best practices to apply to
creating my own screencasts.  I think Thilo started a wiki page around
screencasts, I'll catalog ideas and stuff there as well.

And a big thank you to pscott for compiling some packages last night to help
me get started.
