[Foresight-distro] license of "Foresight Linux"

hai all,

i was thinking of downloading "Foresight Linux" (FL) & working on it
to fix bugs. i do not understand the *very technical* wordings of
License aggrements. i only want to know whether rPath releases FL
under "copyleft terms" or they are like RedHat's committment to Free &
OpenSource softwares or they are like Novell proprietary minds.

please do respond with an accurate answer.
