[Foresight-devel] New developers class

Would it be possible to have a developers class for those interested in 
helping with packaging? I mentioned this earlier today and pcutler said 
that there would need to be a curriculum written first. Here is what I 
know that I need help with so maybe that could be a start for what is 
needed for the class.

1) How to shadow / promote a file from FL1 / rPath into FL2.
2) Making sure that the .conaryrc and .rmakerc files are set up correctly.

Some other topics that would be good to cover:

1) The structure of a package including best practices and style so we 
are consistent.
2) Understanding context.
3) How to find the right classes for the recipes.

This is just what I can think of off the top of my head. If you have 
other ideas then add them to the list and maybe we can get this thing 
going for real.
