Those on the QA list -- foresight-qa at groups.google.com -- get
notifications whenever anything is assigned to the QA team (e.g. when it
is resolved and needs attention) and additionally get an email nightly
listing all issues still in 'Needs QA' state.

If there's a problem with the filter, please let me know.
