You can generate RSS feeds from JIRA filters, so the best thing to do if we
wanted an RSS feed of packages that need QA'd would be to setup a global
JIRA filter for this and publish the RSS feed.  This would be a lot better
than setting up a dedicated wordpress blog just for this feature.
