after looking at http://wiki.xfce.org/milestones_to_46
I just thought about how to proceed with foresight Xfce Edition.
Giving a small abstract:
Xfce Release milestones:
Alpha
      Date: 29.06.2008
Beta 1
      Date: 20.07.2008 Feature freeze
Beta 2
      Date: 10.08.2008 String freeze
Beta 3
      Date: 31.08.2008 Integration of all translations
Release Candidate 1
      Date: 14.09.2008
Release Candidate 2
      Date: (21.09.2008) Could be dropped
Final
      Date: 28th of September 2008
    
These days ar not written in stone, but anyway Xfce Edition only
released a first alpha yet and work on it slowed down a bit until after
my wedding (june 28) and I settled down a bit.
Given that the first alpha of xfce 4.6 comes out shortly after my
wedding already, iI thought it might be better to concentrate on xfce
4.6, pack it asap and try to release Xfce Edition shortly after Xfce
4.6 final apears (probably naming it Xfce Edition 4.6 to show that it's
superior to gnome :-P, kidding).
Any thoughts?
