It's a non-standard open source license agreement, and I have permission to
redistribute under that license:

We are fine for using it without any permission, but I had to obtain
permission to make the software itself available for download from a site
other than their own (in this case, rBuilder Online). I can provide the
list of things I agreed to do as part of maintaining smf.rpath.org, but it
shouldn't matter for our usage in Foresight since we are not redistributing.
